Biography
Dr. Rahul Bhargava, one of the best bone marrow transplant specialists of this generation has achieved great results in the field of adult bone marrow transplant and hematology. He is currently the Head of Hematology and Bone Marrow transplant at Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon, India. Before Artemis, He was associated with Medanta Medicity, Gurgaon, India as bone marrow transplant specialist. Till date, Dr. Rahul has done close to 100 adult bone marrow transplants which is record-breaking in whole of North India. He has also worked in Vancouver,Canada where he specifically trained in voluntary stem cell transplant and umbilical cord transplant. His education has been from one of the best Medical Institutions in India, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, India. The department has its own bone marrow transplantation unit and exhaustive laboratory facilities, providing one of the best yet affordable transplant and other hematological services to not only Indian population but also to people from abroad like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Africa, Iraq, Russia and others.
