Biography
Dr. Sudhir Borgonha joined Strand in early 2015 to lead the targeted therapy business. He is passionate about developing the nascent genomic testing market for oncology and rare diseases in India, enabling physicians to adopt genomic testing in clinical practice, and helping to set up the guidelines for personalised medical care. Prior to Strand, he has served as the Global Medical Director at Martindale Pharma and Embrace Innovations, and as the CEO at Triesta Sciences and Translational Medicine, Inc. Dr. Sudhir Borgonha is a graduate of St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore and the Sloan School of Management, MIT and has worked as a scientist at the Harvard-MIT Clinical Research Center.
