Biography
Vinay Paramasivan joined Strand in 2013. He is responsible for driving business volume and profitability as well as global marketing of Strand NGS. Vinay also oversees the GeneSpring renewal business. Vinay has over 15 years of experience in managing Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Business Development, Key Account Management, and Technical Support and over 6 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Operations & Project Management through his revenue generation roles at multi-nationals like ManpowerGroup, Kodak and Godrej. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business and completed a Mechanical Engineering degree at the Government Engineering College, Thrissur, University of Calicut.
