Rahul Maitra

Biography

Rahul joined Strides in March 2017, prior to which he was the Regional HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific, Merck KgaA. Rahul has more than 17 years of professional experience in varied sectors such as hospitality, manufacturing, consumer durables, consumer staples, automotive and pharmaceuticals. He has been involved with start-ups as well as managed large teams at organizations like Philips, Tata Global Beverages, Tata Motors and Merck KgaA, both in India and overseas. Apart from his extensive experience in India, Rahul has lived and worked in London, Singapore and Frankfurt where he was involved in building the Academy of Commercial Excellence for Merck’s global Biopharma business. Rahul received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
