Biography
Appointed to the Board on July 25, 2014. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Mumbai and a diploma in Applied Chemistry from Borough Polytechnic, London. He is experienced in the fields of banking, finance and securities market. He is presently the Chairman of HDFC Securities Limited and has been one of the founder members of HDFC Bank Limited. He is also on the Board of various companies including Hexaware Technologies Limited, Exide Industries Limited and 3M India Limited.
