Biography
Ajinath Shirsat is Formulation R&D Scientist platonic towards development of Novel Drug Delivery System. Presently working on formulation development of Complex Peptides, polypeptides and Biosimilers (Injections- Solution, Lyophilized, Depot in PFS, Vial, autoinjector etc) for US, EU, ROW and Domestic market. PhD Dissertation - Multipaticulate dosage form through parenteral and nasal sustained drug delivery using biodegradable polymers viz. PLGA (Depot) and Chitosan using QbD approach.
Research Interest
Being specialized in DoE implementation and QbD, looking after selection of model for different dosage forms, interpretation and preparation of PDR thereof.
