An exemplary leadership role in implementation of segmentation strategies on discovery of tissue biomarkers, their translation into In-vitro Diagnostics (IVDs),optimization of pre-clinical efficacy, performance evaluation for clinical utility, validation and manufacturing.Strategically planned and designed several pre-clinical studies on Discovery of Cancer Biomarkers on multiplex platform to identify lead candidates for Drug development, Immune Monitoring and Cancer Stem cells.
