12 years of experience in fermentation based upstream manufacturing process from R&D scale to production scale. Expertise in upstream manufacturing activities of Inoculum Microbiology, Animal Cell Culture, Microbial (Classical & Recombinant) Fermentation and Animal Cell Culture Fermentation from the R&D laboratory scale to pilot scale level to production scale. Familiar in downstream purification techniques of Centrifugation, Cross Flow Filtration (both Cassette & Tubular Membranes types) & Chromatography Techniques up to laboratory scale level.
