Mallikarjun Pujari is junior manager-Qc in syngene international. Experience in Analyzing Pharma and Biopharma products.( In- process samples , drug substance,drug product,Raw Materials and Packing Materials ) with awareness of GLP and GMP . Hands on experience with HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, KF tritator, Kjeldhal Nitrogen Distillator, Microwave Digestion system (ETHOS UP), Osmometer, Polarimeter, Refractometer Compressed Air Analyzer, Digital Viscosity meter, Melting Point Apparatus and TOC- Analyzer. Hands on experience with water system Validation. Hands on experience with Method Validation and Method Quantification for determination of Water content by KF tritator in Lyophilized drug method. Hands on experience in sample preparation techniques for various elemental analysis. Hands on experience with Method Validation and Method Verification for determination of Heavy Metals by ICP-OES. Minor trouble shooting of laboratory instruments. Analysis of total nitrogen by Kjeldhal Nitrogen Distillator Analyzer. Experience with using LIMS for reporting the analyzed products. SAP and Barcode Warehouse Management System ( BWMS ) . Calibration of Analytical instruments such as TOC, KF tritator, UV, FTIR, Melting Point Apparatus and Analytical balance. Handling of GMP systems like OOS, Change control and Deviations.
