Biography
He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and brings to the Board his experience of more than 45 years in the field of finance. He possesses experience as director across a range of industries such as pharmaceuticals, textiles, transport and leisure. He is currently chairman of Aviva Life Holdings Limited and on the board of Mytrah Energy Limited, Aviva Italia Holdings SpA and Signet Jewellers Limited. He has been a Director of our Company since April 2011. He is a member of Audit & Risk Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company.
