Mr. S. Santhanakrishnan, FCA is a partner of PKF Sridhar & Santhanam, Chartered Accountants. He has more than 30 years of experience in Finance, Accounts including IFRS, Strategy & Planning, Global Assurance, Corporate Laws and Consulting. He is a member of the Central Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is actively involved in numerous industry oriented initiatives of the Reserve Bank of India and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He is on the Boards of Tata Coffee Limited, Tata Housing and Development Company Limited and is the Non Executive Chairman of Catholic Syrian Bank Limited.
