Biography
Dr. Amitava Bhattacharya is an Associate Professor of Mathematics in Tata Institute of Fundamental Research. He has a two year experience in teaching at Indian insitute Of Technology , Mumbai and has received Kanwal Rekhi Career Development Scholarship in 2002 and Harish Chandra Award for best thesis dissertation in Mathematics, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, 2006. His Research proposals include Ramsey Theory, Graph Theory and Degree sequences of r-uniform hypergraphs.
Research Interest
Combinatorics, Graph Theory, Convex Polytopes (enumerative and algorithmic aspects, optimization) and Algebraic Combinatorics.
