Biography
Dr. PUShan Ayyul is a professor at the Department of Condensed Matter Physics & Materials Science. TIFR. His work focuses on studying the nature and mechanism of various types of finite size effects in nanostructured solids. current research involves: Size effects in superconductors, ferroelectrics and ferromagnets, Size-induced stabilization of novel crystal structures, One-dimensional Nanomaterials (Nanorods, Nanotubes), Nano-nano composite structures, Novel applications of Nanomaterials, Raman Spectroscopy of nanostructured materials and High Resolution Electron Microscopy.
