Biography
Dr. Bharat Rekhi, MD, DNB, MIAC is presently Professor at the Department of Pathology and Secretary, Bone and Soft Tissues, Disease Management group, Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.He is a life member IAPM, IAC; of International bodies like the International Academy of Cytology (MIAC), College of American Pathologists (MCAP) and was a member of American Society of Cytopathology. He is International membership grant recipient for Association of Molecular pathologists, USA for year 2012 and 2013. He has reviewed for 31 different Journals and has been reviewer for National Medical Research Council, Ministry of Health, Singapore. He is a recognized post-graduate teacher for MD students. He is certified Assessor for National Accreditation Board for testing ad Calibration of Laboratories (NABL).
Research Interest
His main research interests include oncopathology related to Soft tissue tumors, Gynaecpathology; related molecular pathology and Cytopathology
