Biography
Prodipto Ghosh is a multidisciplinary professional specializing at the interface of science, economics, and public policy. He has a Ph.D in Economics and Policy Analysis from the Carnegie-Mellon University, Pittsburgh PA, a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and was a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) from 7/1969 to 5/2007.
Research Interest
energy, environment, and development, and several books in these fields.
