Biography
Dr. Sapna Narula is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Policy Studies at the TERI university and is currently teaching courses on sustainable business strategy and marketing management. She holds around 12 years of experience in teaching, research, farm extension, management development and has been very closely involved with rural and agribusiness communities at the grass root level. Before joining TERI University in 2009, she worked for six years (Feb 2004-Dec. 2009) as Assistant Professor of agribusiness management at the G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. Her corporate experience of four years was as Commercial manager in reputed agribusiness firms leading sales, marketing and product support functions
Research Interest
Her current research interests include ICT for development, sustainable business strategy and agribusiness and supply chain. She is presently working on research projects Decentralized off-grid electricity generation in developing countries: Business models for off-grid electricity supply ( in collaboration with University of Dundee, funded by EPSRC, EU and DFID,UK;
