Biography
Dr Sukanya Das is an environmental economist with an interest in environmental valuation and policy. Prior to joining TERI University she was a faculty at Madras School of Economics for over seven years after completing her Ph.D from Jadavpur University. She has an expertise in handling research projects in the area of environmental economics.
Research Interest
Her current research interests include environmental valuation particularly in the area of water and wastewater management, Agricultural economics, Water economics, Urbanisation and environment, poverty.
