C. Padmakumar

Biography

As Chairman and Managing Director of Terumo Penpol, Padmakumar leads the entire India business operations. He is responsible for the commercial operations of the Terumo Penpol business, including domestic and export sales as well as the overall business administration of TPL. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Terumo Penpol. With more than 29 years of experience in the medical device industry, Padmakumar has extensive experience in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Procurement and Manufacturing. In previous roles he has managed the Clinicare Division of TTK Pharma Limited as Sales Manager and responsible for All India sales of medical devices. He has also worked in various capacities including Project management, Finance management, Human Resource, Factory management and Sales & Marketing management. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Kerala University and his Post Graduate Degree in Management (MBA) from the Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cochin.
