Biography

Dynamic, results-oriented development professional with 16 years of progressive management experience in the areas of public health, environment and animal welfare as a team leader, trainer, facilitator, grant writer and evaluator. Worked with International and National NGOs in different states of India and Nepal at senior management level and currently heading a healthcare organization.  Specialties: My core competencies are in the areas of program development, capacity building, facilitating strategic planning process, monitoring and evaluating programs, managing large scale direct and partnership operations and providing leadership and motivation to my team members. I have strong financial acumen, a good understanding of people management and expertise in creating results oriented plans and delivery mechanisms.
