Biography
Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, IIT Delhi. Work in the field of nanomagnetism and spintronics, which uses the spin of the electron as opposed to its charge for computation. Spintronic devices have been demonstrated to be much less power consuming than their semiconductor counterpart and hence can pave the way for next generation computing.
Research Interest
Novel nanoelectronic and spintronic devices for low power computing and memory applications, Topological effects in magnetism and spintronics, Hardware Neural Networks
