Biography
HUMBOLDT LAUREATE AWARD of Germany was awarded to Prof K.D.P. Nigam in a ceremony held in March 2013 at Bamberg, Germany. He has the distinction of first Indian chemical engineer since the inception of the Award in the year 1982. August 2012 to July 2013). A festshrift issue of Industrial Engineering Chemistry and Research (I&EC) in honor of Prof. K.D.P.NIGAM in recognition of the research contributions to Chemical Engineering. A total of 68 contributions have been received from eminent Scholars around the globe. (February 2012). Adjunct Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Concordia University, Montreal, 2009-2012.
