Biography
Mr. Diwan Singh is working with NIUA for more than 34 years. He has expertise in Office Accounts and Administration. He is looking after entire Office Accounts which includes main account (funded by MOUD) and other project accounts. Funded by various agencies e.g. ADB, USAID, other state agencies. He is also responsible for the liaison work with MOUD etc.
