Biography

He completed his B.A.L, LL.B from Kerala Law Academy Law College, Thiruvananthapuram in the year 2009 and his LL.M in Public Law and Intellectual Property Rights from the Department of Law, University of Kerala in the year 2011. He qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) and also secured Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Law in 2011. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D Degree in Exclusion of Diagnostic, Therapeutic and Surgical Methods from Patentability- An Analysis" from Department of Law, University of Kerala. He has taught in various Institutions of repute including Aligarh Muslim University, Malappuram Campus, M.S Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore and School of Law, Christ University, Bangalore. He has presented papers in several International and National Seminars/ Workshops and also published articles in Journals of repute. He has attended many International and National Seminars, Conferences, Faculty Development Programmes and Quality Improvement Programmes. He has successfully completed the Continuing Legal Education Courses for Law Teachers on "Law Teaching, Legal Research and Future of Legal Education" and "Teaching ADR Skills and Ethics for Better Legal Services" conducted by the International Bar Association (IBA) Chair on Legal Education, National Law School of India University, Bangalore in association with Menon Institute of Legal Advocacy Training(MILAT), Thiruvananthapuram. He has also successfully completed a Government of India-sponsored Training programme on Cyber Security & Cyber Law conducted by Institute of Management in Government, Thiruvananthapuram He holds a Diploma in Computerised Office Management.
