Biography
Jhilam Ray teaches Economics at the University of Burdwan, West Bengal. He completed his graduation and Post - graduation from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and is pursuing his PhD on Intergenerational Mobility in India. He has written on iss ues related to Social Discrimination, Intergenerational Mobility, and Agricultural Development. His works have been published in Indian Journal of Labour Economics, Environment & Ecology as also in edited volumes. He has also co -authored chapters in several District
