• Over 10 years of industrial experience in software development specialised in life sciences (drug discovery / Next generation sequencing ) domain. • Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing several applications to support drug discovery in both Chemoinformatics and Bioinformatics ( Genomics ). • Proficiency in application development with Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring security, Python and Perl. • Domain knowledge in Bioinformatics, Chemoinformatics, Genomics, Molecular modelling, protein sequence & structure analysis and compound management systems. • Hands-on development experience using Amazon SWF (Flow framework) to integrate Ion Reporter™ on the Thermofisher Cloud Platform. • Experience in decoding and implementing various algorithms.
