Biography
He is an Post Doctoral Researcher for Department of Bio-Nano Electronics Research Center,Toyo University  April 2013 – Present (2 years 10 months) . He received a Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Studies on Eryngi derived glycosphingolipid induced interleukin secretion and analysis of mRNA expression in natural killer cells. In-charge of general lab management and supervision of undergraduate students from Nihon Universiry, in the April 2012 – March 2013. He is aResearch Assistant from Rajiv Gandhi Center for Biotechnology in the January 2007 – March 2009 (2 years 3 months)India, Part of pharmacogenomic study for evaluating the teratogenic effects of anti-epileptic drugs in South Indian population PCR based genotyping of ABCB1 (MDR1) and MTHFR genes and comparison of the genotype with the anti-epileptic drug used and its outcome were the basis of this study. Collaborative studies involving pharmacogenomics of refractory epilepsy and schizophrenia were also accomplished. General lab management and training of internship students were also part of duties.. He is a recipient of many awards and grants for his/her valuable contributions and discoveries in major area of research. His research interests lie in Bioanalytical Techniques. He is the Editor-in-Chief/Editorial Board Member of many peer reviewed journals and his area of expertise credits him with many publications in national and international journals. He is committed to highest standards of excellence and it proves through his authorship of many books.Â
