Unravel medicinal plant’s properties using genomics and functional genomics technologies. Humans • Developed HLA haplotyping methods to find accurate match of HLA alleles for organ transplant donors Technology • Established genomics and bioinformatics platforms to sequence and annotate humans, plants and microbe Environment • Community based reforestation of barren landscape using local methods.
