Biography
Mr Lalit Sachdeva, Group Senior Vice President and Group Chief Legal Officer is BA, LL.B. He joined Triveni Group in the year 2008. Prior to joining Triveni, he has worked with Havells India Limited for five years as the Head of Legal Department, where he was instrumental in international acquisition of Sylvania. Before Havells, he was Northern Region Head of a liquor giant, viz Shaw Wallace & Co. wherein he handled petitions under Sections 397, 398 for the takeover of Shaw Wallace, winding up petitions, Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act prosecutions which were large in number. He started his career as a Lawyer at the District Court, Meerut and shuttled between Allahabad High Court and Meerut under the supervision of the then DGC (Civil) for about six years.
