Ms. Geeta Bhalla, Group Vice President and Company Secretary is a Post Graduate in commerce, Bachelor of Laws and a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Ms. Bhalla started her professional career in 1993 and joined Triveni group in 2006. In her current role she is responsible for Corporate Secretarial affairs of Triveni Group, Management and Administration of Corporate Governance, Capital Market activities, Investor/Shareholders services, M&A and Restructuring activities, Regulatory Compliances etc.
