He joined in university as Lecturer in Chemistry in 1990; actively engaged in teaching and research; acted as HOD (Chemistry) during 2006 (September) - 2008 (August); thirteen students awarded Ph.D. degree; three students submitted Ph. Inorganic and coordination chemistry of transition/non-transition metal complexes: design and synthesis, spectra, magnetism, redox behaviour, structure, and structure-property relationship of coordination molecules and supramolecular entities.
