Development of Schottky and Ohmic contacts to wide band semiconductor materials for electronic and optoelectronic device applications. ï‚· Analysis of electrical and optical properties of light emitting diodes (LEDs). ï‚· Investigations of deep level defects semiconductor materials and devices using DLTS technique. ï‚· Analysis of reverse and forward current transport mechanisms in metal/semiconductor and LED structures in a wide temperature range. ï‚· Development and Characterization of Hydride structured Solar Cells ï‚· Development and Characterization of ZnO nanorods for Opto-electronic device applications.
