Research Interest
The broad areas of my research interest have been in the area of Organisational Behaviour such as Work motivation , Leadership ,Gender issues in management, Work life balance , Human resource development , Intuition in decision making and Entrepreneurship .The other areas of my interest include Aviation Psychology and Positive Organizational Behaviour . All my guided research, whether for doctoral degrees or various kinds of projects (MA/MBA/M.PHIL), have been within these areas. Six students have completed their research work under my supervision and have been awarded Ph.D.
