Anand Pathak is Professor in Department of Physics University of Hyderabad
Research Interest
Classical and quantum theories of ion-solid interactions in perfect and radiation damaged solids including energy loss theories, electronic properties of pure and defective solids and theory of channeling radiation. Recent research activities include Swift Heavy Ion (SHI) induced modification in semiconductors and nanosized semiconductor heterostructures.
