PhD Environmental Engineering, The University of Tennessee –Knoxville, 2006 – 2010 MsC Environmental Engineering, Technical University of Denmark, 2004-2006 BA Environmental Engineering, East China University of Science and Technology, 1993-2007 Dr. Cai’s research interests include water chemistry, stormwater, climate change, watershed and environmental statistics. Current study focuses on the effects of environmental stressors to aquatic biological communities and highway stormwater treatment.
