She is Working in the field of Education from last 11 years teaching Advance Educational Psychology, Guidance and Counselling, Management of Education, Research in Education, Inclusive Education at post graduate level Research Experience: Ph.D Study: “Development of Inclusive Education Programme and its Effect on Awareness of and Attitude towards Inclusive Education among Student-Teachers at D.Ed. Level” Completed Minor Research Project (2007-2008) on “A Study of Development of Awareness about Inclusive Education among Students-Teachers” Funded by University of Mumbai Major Research Project Funded by UGC under University Potential for Excellence Scheme (UPE) “Developing an Educational Programme for ‘At Risk’ Students from Low Socio-Economic Background and Testing Its Effectiveness” (Education & Distance Education) ( Co-Researchers: Dr. Sunita Magre) Research Guidance : M.Ed. : Guided 64 Students Dissertations in the following areas ;Educational Psychology, Educational Sociology, Teaching Methodologies, Educational Technology, Psychology of Education, Inclusive Education and Management of Education. P.G.D.M.E: Guided 4 Students Research Project in Management of Education. M.Phil. : Currently 3 students are working under my guidance Ph.D. Currently 8 students are working under my guidance
