Dr. Chandrashekara M completed Ph.D. in Library and Information Science. working has Professor. in University of Mysore. He awarded with Received "Karnataka State Award” from Government of Karnataka on August 12. 2015 in the occasion of Centenary Celebration of Public Libraries in Karnataka. Received "Shishyaru Mechida Guru"(Students Favorite Teacher) Post-Graduation Teachers Section Award on September 24. 2014 from The Negilayogi Samaja Seva Trust and Vidya Vardhaka Sangha. Mysuru. Received "Teacher's Excellence Award - 2014" from Padma Vibhushan Prof. Yesh Pal. Former Chairman. University Grants Commission (UGC). New Delhi on September 6. 2014 by the Confederation of Education Excellence (CEE). New Delhi. Received Best Paper Award for a paper (co-authored by Ranjendra Babu H.) entitled “Plagiarism: A Bane to the Research Productivity” presented in the “SoFerence – 2011” a National Conference organized by Karnataka State Library Association (KALA). Special Library Association (SLA. Asian Chapter) and TCS. Bangalore.
