Biography
Dr. K.N. Amruthesh completed his Ph.D. in Botony, working has an Assistant Professor in University of Mysore. He awarded with Recipient of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR)- AICPMIP, Govt. of India Fellowship for PhD Programme at the Dept. of Applied Botany & Biotechnology, University of Mysore, Mysore from 1996 To 2001. • Recipient of Young Scientists’ Award Scheme by the Dept. of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India, New Delhi for conducting research on pearl millet downy mildew disease in 2006. • Recipient of the following Awards/ Distinctions/ Recognition for research in pearl millet downy mildew host-pathogen interaction & pearl millet downy mildew disease management so far….Applied Plant Pathology, Agricultural Microbiology, Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, Seed Technology; Host Pathogen Interaction.
