Dr.D.S. Guru completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science , working has an Professor in University of Mysore. He awarded with Fellow of BOYSCAST, Dept of Science and Technology, Gout of India for the year 2005. · Recipient of first ARP award under Engineering Sciences, VGST, Dept of Science and Technology, Gout of Karnataka for the year 2010. · Recognized as “Best Ethical Teacher at Higher education” By Rotary Mysore for the year 2011. Area of Specialization Pattern Recognition, Image Processing.
