Uliyar V. Mani completed Ph.D. in Food Science and Nutrition, working has Professor, in University of Mysore. He awarded with Academician Award – Hari Om Ashram Pratik Award from S.P. University in 1985, 1989 and 2002. Areas of research interest Biochemistry of Diseases (Diabetes mellitus, Liver and Renal), Nutritional Biochemistry, Clinical Nutrition, Medical Dietetics, Public Health Nutrition, Corporate Wellness.
