Biography
Dr. Amanpal Singh Clair has received his Ph.D. in Material Science (Physics), Department of Electronic Science, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, during the period of 2013. Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. His Research Project includes Design and Fabrication of Metal Oxide Semiconductor Structure Using Properties Modulated Graphene Oxide for Super Capacitor Application, 2015. His Area of Specialization is Wide Band Gap Semiconductors, Thin Film and Green Energy Technologies. He authored Unit Contribution to Physics Lab-I, VardhmanMahaveer Open University, Kota, ISBN 818496531-1. He was Awarded MHRDG Institute Post-Doctoral Fellowship 2013, CSIR- Senior Research Fellowship (Direct) 2010, CSIR- Junior Research Fellowship (NET) 2004 and State Merit Scholarship (Offered). He is a Life Member of Thermal Physical Society, India and Indian Science Congress, India.
