Biography
Dr. Ashok Kumar Nagawat has received his Ph.D in Department of Physics, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur On “Study of Effects of Mixing Between Ordinary and Exotic Leptons in Pair Production of Vector Bosons at electron positron colliders”. Currently, he is working as Head and Professor in the Department of Physics, University of Rajasthan. His area of specialization includes Theoretical High Energy Physics,Cosmology,Theoretical Computer Science and Information Technology. His Major Research projects include viability of extra u(1) superstring unified models for doing physics beyond standard model;sp/s2/K06/98 dated 30-5-2000, gauge boson dynamics at high energy in extra u(1) superstring inspired models; (0255)/92/EMR-II dated October 1992, physics beyond su(2)lxu(1)y : problems of neutrino mass, right handed curents, cp violation and rare decays. His minor Research project includes study of geometric quantum mechanics in search of quantum gravity Duration 3 Years (April 1, 2007 – March 30, 2009), search for signature of physics beyond the standard model in parameters observable at future colliders Duration -Two Years (1998-2000).
