"Dr. Ashok Kumar Sharma has received his Ph.D Currently, he is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration. University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. His area of specialization is SM,GM,MM. He is a Life Member of All India Commerce Association, Indo-French Cultural Association, Indian Society for Training and Development, Indian Society for Technical Education, Indian Institute of Public administration, National HRD Network and Quality Circle Forum of India. Member of Board of Studies, Faculty of management, Jaipur National University, Jaipur and Board of Studies, Jyoti Vidyapeeth University, Jaipur. Counsellor for Management Programme of Indira Gandhi National Open University study centre,Jaipur. He is serving as an editorial member of journal like Journal of Business and Management. "
