Biography
Dr. Deepa Mathur has recieved her Ph.D. from Department of Sociology, University of Rajasthan. During the period of 1990. Currently, she is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Her Area of specialization is Gender Sociology, Sociology of Development, Geriatric Studies, Sociology of Medicine, Society in South Asia. She have Authored book like Women, Family and Work 1992 and Women In Transition in South Asia 2001. She is a Member of Rajasthan Sociological Association, Rajasthan Sociological Association (2012-15), Indian Sociological Society, International Sociological Society and Executive member of Rajasthan Sociological Association (2012- onwards).
