Biography
"Dr. P. J. John has received his PhD. Currently, he is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Zoology, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. His research projects has included Toxicological evaluation of silver nano-particles in swiss albino mice 2014, with Dr. Inderpal Soni. He have authored a book titled Practicals in microbiology and biotechnology in 2003, with Dr. Inderpal Soni. He was Awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) from University Grants Commission (UGC) New Delhi from Oct. 1987 - Sept. 1989. Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) from UGC, form Oct. 1989 - May 1992. Research Associate (RA) from ICMR, from June 1993 - May, 1996. “BPA Certificate” from the Academy of Environmental Biology, Lucknow, India, 1994. Fellow of the year (F.A.E.B.) Academy of Environmental Biology, Lucknow, India, 1999. DAAD Fellowship, German Academic Exchange Service, Bonn, Germany. 2005- 2006. Fellow, Society of Toxicology, (FST) Society of Toxicology, India, 2008. He is a Life Member of Nature Conservators, Academy of Environmental Biology, Society of Toxicology, Association of Microbiologists of India, Indian Science Congress Association and Full Member of Society of Toxicology (SOT) USA.
