DR. Phool Chand Saini has received his Ph.D. University of Rajasthan, Jaipur during the period of 2004. B.ED. University of Rajasthan, Jaipur during the period of 2010. Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Accountancy and Business Statistics. University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. His area of specialization is Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Income tax, Business Statistics. He is a Member of Indian Accounting Association (JP-165) and Indian Commerce Association (R-293).
