Prof. Sangeeta Sharma

Biography

Prof. Sangeeta Sharma has recieved her Ph.D. from the Department of Public Administration, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. During the period of 1991, Work on the subject entitled “Administrative Thought of Fred W. Riggs”. Currently, she is working as Professor in the Department of Public Administration, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. His Area of specialization is Local Government and Panchayati Raj and Reservation Policy in India. She had authored the book Organization Change: An Exploratory Analysis 1985 and Governometrics and Technological Innovations for Public Policy 2014. Her Research Areas include Quasi -experimental Research Designs in the field of Digital Government. Construction and verification of hypotheses in the field of Psychology and Administration, Progressive Conceptual and Normative research in the field related to Administrative Ethics and Exploring futuristic domains related to socio-administrative issues. The firt Phase of Patent completed for The concept of GOVERNOMETRICS has been included by no. CBR-5169 dt 06/06/2012. She is a Member of International Program Committee of IADIS ICT, Society and Human Being, International Program Committee of m-Government Consortium, UK, Member Steering Committee, International Society for Ethical Governance, ISEG USA ( initially 19 Members from different countries were included), International Working Group on Climate Justice, International Working Group on Politics and Ethics, 2009 to prepare manifesto of politics and ethics. She is serving as Associate Editor of Transformation a Polish Journal, Poland.
