Biography
DR. Vijay Vir Singh has received his Ph.D in Economics. Currently, he is working as Professor & Director, Planning Commission Chair Department of Economics University of Rajasthan. His area of Specialization is Public Policy, and Higher Education. He is a Life member of Indian Economic Association, The Indian Econometrics Society and Rajasthan Economic Association. He has Total teaching & research experience of about 28 years.
