Dr. Thagi Ram Gogoi is currently working as a Professor in the Department of SOCIOLOGY, University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya , India. His research interests includes Rural sociology, specialization on numerous socio-economic, Cultural and educational activities on rural community. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Thagi Ram Gogoi is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Rural sociology, specialization on numerous socio-economic, Cultural and educational activities on rural community.
