(Botany) on dissertation topic entitled "Optimization of Parameters Influencing Agrobacterium-Mediated Genetic Transformation of Dalbergia sisoo Roxb., A timber yielding Tree Legume ": One year (1998- 1999). Junior Research Fellow on project by DBT, Govt. of India, : Thre years (1996 to 1999). D. (Botany) on the topic "Plant Regeneration from Tissue and Cell Culture and Agrobacterium-mediated Genetic Transformation of Dalbergia species ": Four years (1997- 2001).Continuing Research in the field of Phytoremediation, Heavy Metal Stress and Plant Biotechnology.
