Working as Reader in Department of PM & IR ,Utkal University since 12th May 2016 Worked as Assistant Professor (MBA), IBCS, Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar since 18th June 2007 to 12th May 2016. Worked as Senior Lecturer (MBA), IBCS, Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar from 29th December 2005 to 17th June 2007. Worked as lecturer (MBA), IBCS (Bhubaneswar) an affiliated College of Utkal University and Biju Pattnaik University of Technology, Orissa(earlier) and now part of Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, from 5th November2001 to 28th December 2005. Worked as Lecturer (MBA), RCEM (Bhubaneswar), an affiliated College of Utkal university Orissa, from 1st September 1999 to 4th November 2001. Worked as Faculty in CBA for NIHRD’s management programmes, during1998-99. Worked as Faculty - cum – Coordinator in OCA for IGNOU (MBA) &MKU (MBA&PMIR) programmes, during 1998-99.
